- 100% of our Impact Modified Acrylic blends are produced in the United States by the premier extruder of acrylics in the world. The manufacturer of our blends have Optical Clarity requirements that are unrivaled by any other manufacturer in the industry.
- All rubber clips, retainers, and grommets are injection molded from a high grade EPDM material that is inherently UV Stable and formulated to better weather elemental conditions.
- Because of our unique fastening system for attaching rubber clips and retainers to the windshield, in the unlikely event that a component does fail over time, all parts are completely replaceable without having to purchase an entirely new windshield.
- This windshield uses the highest quality hinge available in the industry today. The polyurethane center is mechanically interlocked to reduce separating and splitting. It has been advanced wear tested completing hundreds of thousands of opening and closing cycles and performed flawlessly during accelerated element trials consisting of Extreme Temperature, Salt Water, UV and Ozone testing.
